Annual UK breakdown cover is available for cars, motorcycles, light vans providing they are under 16 years old at the time cover commences (under 11 years for our 5 Star Cover, which includes annual European cover), registered in the UK and the maximum vehicle weight does not exceed 3,500kg, is not longer than 5.1m including any tow bar, does not exceed 2.1m in width and no higher than 2m. If your vehicle breaks down whilst towing a caravan or trailer we will recover it together with caravan or trailer providing they do not exceed the following dimensions: 8m in length, 3m in height and 2.1m in width. Yes. Covermybreakdown.co.uk are able to cover trailers or caravans of a recognised manufacturer providing that the trailer or caravan does not exceed 8 metres in length, 3 metres in height, and 2.1 metres in width. Trailers and caravans must carry a serviceable spare tyre and wheel and are only covered for incidents when attached to the insured vehicle.
The coverage on 5 star cover extends to Continental Europe. You are covered for journeys within the United Kingdom when travelling between your home and point of departure during the period of the insurance.
